Best Parks + Venues for Kids Parties in Palm Beach County

We've set up at a lot of Palm Beach County venues over 250+ events. Some are dreamy. Some have great pavilion shade. Some have terrible parking. This is the honest, mom-to-mom rundown.

West Palm Beach

• Carlin Park (Jupiter, just north): Beach pavilions with shade. Free if you reserve early. Best for 20-30 guests.
• Currie Park: Central WPB, lakefront, big covered area. Permit required for groups.
• Norton Museum Lawn: For more upscale events. Rental fees but very photo-worthy.
• Backyard: Always great if your AC can handle 25+ guests.

Boca Raton

• Sugar Sand Park: Top pick. Pavilions + indoor science museum option. Reserve 6-8 weeks ahead.
• South Inlet Park (beach): For warm-weather beach parties. Limited shade — bring tents.
• Mizner Park Amphitheater grass: Adult milestone parties. Beautiful at sunset.
• Boca Resort: Premium milestone events only.

Delray Beach

• Atlantic Dunes Park: Beachfront, picnic areas, BBQ grills built in.
• Veterans Park: Central downtown, easy walk to Atlantic Ave for after-party.
• Old School Square: Beautiful for milestone adult parties + sweet 16s.
• Sundy House: Restaurant venue with garden — adult parties.

Boynton Beach

• Intracoastal Park: Waterfront pavilions, fishing pier, kids playground.
• Oceanfront Park: Beach access + covered pavilions.
• Boynton Beach Civic Center: Indoor backup with AC.
• Caloosa Park: Big pavilions for 40+ guests, central location.

Wellington

• Village Park: Multiple pavilions, splash pad nearby, great for big groups.
• Mall at Wellington Green play area: Indoor backup for hot days.
• Wellington Amphitheater: For larger events.

Jupiter

• Carlin Park: Same as listed under WPB — Jupiter's gem.
• Riverbend Park: Bigger, more rustic. Great for older kids parties.
• Roger Dean Stadium: For sports-themed parties.

How to book a Palm Beach County park

Most county parks require a pavilion reservation 30-90 days in advance. Costs $50-200 depending on park + size. Call the Palm Beach County Parks office or book online through their reservation system.

For city parks (Boca, Boynton, Delray, WPB), book through the respective city parks-and-rec office.

Pro tip: book the pavilion that has the most shade. Sun moves through the day. Try to visit the venue at the time of your event to see what shade looks like at 2pm.

What we bring to any park party

For every park event, we deliver and install: balloon arches, organic garlands, backdrops, photo signage. We bring:

• Sandbags to weigh down outdoor garlands (wind happens)
• Touch-up balloons in case anything pops in heat
• Spare ribbon, tape, fixings so the install holds 3+ hours

We stay until the install is photo-ready, take a few shots if you want, and disappear so the party can start. Book us for your park party — we deliver to every venue listed above.
