Accepted Answer

Yes, installations include delivery, setup, and teardown around your event schedule.

Question 7

Do you remove the balloons after the event, or can I keep them?

Accepted Answer

For your convenience, we remove the balloons after your event as part of our service. If you would like to keep them, let your artist know at drop-off/setup so they can coordinate with our logistics team and skip the scheduled pickup. Please request this during drop-off, as it may not be possible to change once teardown is scheduled.
